Here is a tip if you have a big family or travelling with family and friends in a group of at least 5 and max 20.

If you acquire an international passport, it would normally cost you RM300 per person which will last you over a period of 5 years.

That is good if you are a frequent traveller. But what if you have people in your group who rarely travels like kids and toddlers.

The answer is.... GROUP PASSPORTS...

The minimum number required for the group is 5 and maximum 20. But avoid having just 5 to a passport since it requires a minimum 5 to the group and would complicate matters if one of you get sick and cant make it.

It is only good for one time travel but the beauty is that the cost is only RM200 for the whole group. Definitely a worthwhile option when you travel abroad.

There's a special form when you get to the immigration counter and, it takes about a week to be issued. A bit loner thna the normal passport that can be issued in a day. So make sure you factor this when you apply for the Group passport.
